The Tour Price Includes
- Mineral water throughout safari.
- Transportation to & from the Serval Wildlife.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- All entrance fees and 18% VAT on tour fees and service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Entrance fees in serval wildlife per hour US$200 per adult & US$100 per child for non resident, and per hour TZS100,000 per adult & TZS30,000 per child for resident (Tanzanian).
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha/Moshi to the serval wildlife and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price). Pick up and drop off serval wildlife, per person per way $80, Booked within 60 days of trip start date, per person per way $100.
- Lodge night in serval wildlife Lodge, Check in 11AM, check out 10AM, per double room US$950 for Non Resident (Non Tanzanian) and per double room US$560 for Resident (Tanzanian). Booked within 60 days of trip start date, check in 11AM, check out 10AM, per double room US$1,000 for Non Resident (Non Tanzanian) and per double room US$600 for Resident (Tanzanian).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above per the itinerary.
- Tanzania Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Flights or other transport to Arusha/Moshi. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
