DAY 1
Arrival Nairobi
You will be met at the International Airport of Nairobi by your Driver/Guide and our representative and taken to your hotel, Dinner and overnight on Half Board Basis.
DAY 2
Amboseli National Park
Whole day spent in the park viewing game in this second most popular park in Kenya. Here you have a good opportunity to see all the 'Big Five' and a variety of other game with the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro - the highest in Africa - in the background and also visiting the Maasai village to catch a glimpse of their way of life. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board Basis.
DAY 3
Head to Masaai Mara
After breakfast, drive towards Masai Mara - the land of vast migrating herds. Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to get a closer look at the Mara. Return to an archetypal Mara Lodge / tented camp for sundowners, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4
Game Drives
Full day game drives to absorb the enormity of the Mara. In this country of breathtaking vistas, view its vast assemblages of plains game together with their associated predators: Buffalo, Black Rhino, Hippopotamus, Leopard, Cheetah, Common Zebra, Coke's Hartebeest, White bearded Gnu, Oribi, Warthog, and Thompson's and Grant's Gazelles. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board Basis.
DAY 5
Nairobi - Arusha
Return to Nairobi and then head for Arusha, the base for safaris in the northern circuit of Tanzania. It is a quaint town located at the base of Mt Meru and in Tanzania's vast coffee growing highlands. Overnight at any preferred lodge in Arusha.
DAY 6
Drive to Serengeti Plains
After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti Plains, the most famous of Tanzania's National Parks. It is most well-known for the annual migration which takes place across the great savannah plains. Arrive at a luxurious lodge in time for lunch and after have a game drive and then return to the lodge for relaxation. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board Basis.
DAY 7
Game Drives in Serengeti National Park
An early morning game drive. Look out for the leopard along the riverine forest and witness the vast herds of plain animals. Lion and cheetah may also be spotted lurking around the many kopjes' in the area. You will return to the Lodge for a later breakfast and relax. After lunch, head back for another game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board Basis.
DAY 8
Enroute to Ngorongoro
After breakfast, drive towards Ngorongoro. You will have a stop over at the archaeological site of Olduvai Gorge - "the Cradle of Mankind". Here, Mary and Louis Leakey found fossilized remains of man's oldest ancestors. Proceed later to Ngorongoro, arriving at a strategically located lodge, on the rim of the crater with magnificent views. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board Basis.
DAY 9
Game Drives in Ngorongoro Crater
After an early morning breakfast you will descend into the crater for a full day game viewing with lunch boxes en-route. Ngorongoro crater is referred by many people as "eighth wonder of the world". The crater walls are 2000ft high and the floor spreads for 102sq miles, a truly awesome sight. It contains a river, several swamps, and a lake-complete with flamingoes, a forest and open plains. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp on Full Board
DAY 10
Lake Manyara - Arusha town.
In the morning you drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty with lush vegetation and tropical forests of giant fig and mahogany. Lots of elephants, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and a variety of antelope inhabit the park as well as a variety of monkeys and a large population of hippos. If you are lucky you may see the Manyara lions. Back to Arusha.

- One way domestic flight from Nairobi(JKIA) to Arusha.
- Pick up at JKIA and drop off at Kilimanjaro / Arusha Airport.
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari (1.5Ltr per day).
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2-9 and Breakfast on day 10 of your trip. This tour offers Vegetarian, Vegan and Halal food options on request. Simply let our administrator team know the food option that you prefer.
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Game drives, all park entry fees, accommodations and government tax 18% VAT on tour fees and service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Basic/Budget/Standard/Mid-range/Luxury/Superior or VIP hotels/lodges/tented camps according to your choice).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast and lunch on the first day, and dinner on the last day.
- Tanzania & Kenya Visa cost which is 50% except for Canadian and USA passport holders which is US$100 Per Visa.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Post accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flights or other transport to Dar Es Salaam. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Hot-air Balloon safari 560 US$(Can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, Please ask us at the time of the booking)
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
