Kim.tours invites East Africa Residents or Expatriates to join a 3-day private safari in Tanzania. This safari will take you to the Tanzania's best locations such as Ngorongoro Crater which is known also as the Garden of Eden, and Serengeti National Park. Get a chance to see the "Big Five" and other animals such as impalas, zebras, buffalos, etc. Over hundreds of animals at Serengeti, to the diversity of Ngorongoro with the chance to spot some of the rarest species like the black Rhino. You will feel being one with nature as you will spend your nights in various great lodge/tented camp. Witness what Tanzania has to offer! you will have memorable adventures with professional staffs and experienced guides and cooks, our safari start from Arusha and end to Arusha.
Expatriates / Residents and their dependents living in Tanzania or East Africa must have either of the following documents: residents permit Class A, B or C,; exemption certificate; temporary pass attached with Government receipt plus acknowledgement letter; and Diplomatic passport or ID.

DAY 1
Arusha to Serengeti National Park
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge / Tented Camp in Serengeti
We will pick you up from your lodge and depart to Serengeti National Park for game drives and packed lunch boxes. Once we finish the game drive, we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight. Serengeti is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators: leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.
DAY 2
Central Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
A Lodge / Tented Camp in Serengeti
You will wake up early and enjoy a magical game drive in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, depart to Ngorongoro for overnight at accommodation located on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Early the next morning, you will get a chance to descend inside the crater and see many animals as they are more active this time of the day. Overnight stay in the Ngorongoro at Lodge / Tented Camp on full board basis.
DAY 3
Ngorongoro Crater Tour (5 hours) to Arusha
DINNER & OVERNIGHT AT
Upon request at extra costs
After breakfast, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game drives, may spot again many wildlife animals like a lion, cheetah, hyenas, zebra, wildebeest, rhino and so many then have your lunch at any picnic site arranged by your Guide and once we finish the game drives, we will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) / Arusha Airport or Arusha town where we end the safari.

The Tour Price Includes
- Bottled mineral water in the vehicle while on safari.
- Pick up and drop off at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha Airport.
- Accommodation and meals per the itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner).
- Lunch and dinner on day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on day 2 and breakfast and lunch on day 3 of your trip.
- In case of a camping safari: camping gear like tents, camping mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, camping chairs, etc.
- Game drives, Concession fees, Crater fees, Accommodation, All park entry fees, Government tax 18% VAT on tour fees and Service which cost nearly 100% of the total cost.
- Transport in a 4×4 safari vehicle from your hotel in Arusha to the parks and back (other pick-up points possible, please contact us for the right price)
- Ground transportation in a 8 setter or 6 setter 4x4 Safari vehicle with English Speaking Driver guide: -
- 8 setter Safari vehicle has 6 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- 6 setter Safari vehicle has 4 windows seats (in the passenger cabin) and 1 window seat next to the driver (in front)
- Accommodation of your choice: from budget camping to staying in luxurious lodges, we can arrange it for you (The prices mentioned above are for overnight stays in Budget | Standard | MidRange | Luxury hotels / lodge / tented Camps according to the program, other prices are applicable for the other accommodation options).
The Tour Price Excludes
- Meals not listed above. eg Breakfast on the first day and dinner on the last day.
- International and Domestic Flights and departure taxes (Quoted separately where applicable)
- Optional activities and excursions (short safari/tour after your Safari can be arranged upon request at an extra cost).
- Accommodation in Arusha. If you wish, we can however assist you in finding a place that corresponds to your needs and budget.
- Flights or other transport to Arusha. We can however arrange airport pickup for you. Let us know your itinerary and we’ll make it happen!
- Tips for the crew. We recommend a tip of 25 USD per day for your guide, and 15 USD per day for your cook, to be divided between each member of your group.
- Serengeti balloon ride, per person Adult (Above 16yrs) $430, Child (7-16yrs) $430. {Central All year round, Western 15th May - 30th Oct, and North 15th June - 15th Jan} Daily launch at dawn (6:30am) returning approx. 9:45am.
- Inoculations and personal insurance (e.g. Tanzania Visa, Travel, Medical and Baggage insurance, A doctor for the group, Laundry, Souvenirs, Telephone, Beverages (available to purchase) and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Holiday Surcharge : A supplement of US $ 40.00 per person per day will apply to all bookings on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31 December and 1st January
- A supplement of US $ 35.00 per person will apply to all bookings between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April (for all 4 days) as Easter holiday surcharge.
